Allergy-Friendly Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
These Allergy-Friendly Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are probably one of the things I bake the most. Not only is this an easy recipe, but I love that I don’t have to make an extra trip to the grocery store for any ingredients. People with and without allergies likely have all of the ingredients on hand in their kitchen! The last thing I want to do after I get all prepped to make a new recipe is to have to run out and find some random, organic, expensive ingredient at the store (if you have allergies like me, you know we are often on the hunt for those type of ingredients).

I like to bake these muffins for people that don’t have any allergies or dietary restrictions because they can usually never tell that these do not have eggs, dairy, or nuts! In this season of life, I bake them for my sons, neighbors, our church group, and meal trains.

My husband is the best food tester because he does not have any dietary restrictions, so my food and desserts still need to be tasty enough for him to want to eat. He admitted to me the other day that he loves these banana chocolate chip muffins because they taste like dessert, but are more acceptable to eat for breakfast than cookies or cake.

Regardless of whether you have food allergies or not, these are delicious and simple!
